Where words fail,

The bass clef chords in Level Two are used to create patterns of notes.  These patterns are numbered 1 through 10 and are shown (in the  key of C) on a chart called "Better Bass."  The student will need to transpose each of these 10 patterns into whatever key used for the hymn.  (Instructions on how to do this are included!)  The RH plays more notes to fill in the harmony.  "The End" chart is introduced giving students ideas on how to finish the hymn.
